Who can attend ICGET2025?

Everyone is welcome! ICGET2025 is a multidisciplinary virtual conference open to researchers, academics, students, industry professionals, and the general public interested in Artificial Intelligence and emerging trends.

What are the registration options and fees?

We offer two (2) types of registration:

Local Participants (Student, Early Bird & Standard options are available).

International Participants (Student, Early Bird, Partner & Standard options apply).

How do I know if I’m eligible for the LDC discount?

Please check the registration page for details of participant types. Kindly note that you may be asked to submit proof of residency, institutional affiliation, or student status to qualify for specified rates.

When is the deadline to register?

Can I upgrade my registration later?

Yes. You can upgrade your registration by contacting the organizing team at icget@globaltrendsacademy.com OR icget123@gmail.com to confirm and receive an updated invoice, provided the upgrade is approved. Kindly note that downgrades cannot be processed.

Will there be publication opportunities?

  Yes!

  • All accepted Abstracts will be published in a Peer-reviewed Conference Proceeding.

  • Participants can submit manuscripts to Indexed/Unindexed Partner journal special issues or Edited Books. Please NOTE that journal APC charges will be born by the authors. Manuscript must be aligned with the journal focus and authors must adhere to effecting recommended corrections from peer-reviews.
Can I submit both a book chapter and a journal manuscript?

 Each registrant is entitled to FREE publication in the Conference Proceedings only. Submission of a book chapter or journal manuscript may attract an APC charged by the journal or book. Participants can submit to any partner journal or book of their choice as long as they pay the required APCs.
